Workout Of The Day
 

Cardio and Weights

Combination of cardio and weights
Warm up: 5min walk, then 5min jog, light stretch
Session:
Treadmill- 30sec fast, 30sec light x 4
Dips (Max), Squats x 10, Chin Ups (Max)
Bike - 30sec all out (standing), 30sec light (seated) x 4
Bench Press x10, High Steps x 10, Pulley Row x 10
Cross-Trainer- 30sec hard, 30sec light x 4
5 minutes walk, then repeat 1 more time through
